Founding Hotel Pilot

Five founding hotels can use Romnest Pro free for 90 days

Romnest is inviting an initial group of independent hotels to build an owned direct-booking channel and test the system in real operations. The first five hotels accepted into the pilot receive Pro free for 90 days and onboarding help in exchange for feedback that improves Romnest for small hotel teams.

The pilot is for independent hotels, resorts, guesthouses, and villas with 1-30 rooms that are ready to configure real property data, complete a test booking, and assign one person to provide feedback at agreed checkpoints.

What does a participating hotel receive?

The first five hotels accepted into the pilot can use the published Pro capabilities free for 90 days. Romnest helps plan the initial setup, configure the core property data, and verify a test reservation before the hotel shares its booking link.

The pilot does not replace the Free plan available to every hotel. A hotel that does not want to join the feedback programme can start on Free normally.

  • Romnest Pro free for 90 days for an accepted hotel
  • Setup help for the property, rooms, rates, and availability
  • One verified test booking before public launch
  • Checkpoints on days 7, 30, 60, and 90 to resolve blockers and collect feedback

What does the hotel contribute?

The hotel appoints one coordinator, supplies room and rate information suitable for real use, and helps record aggregate outcomes. Guest personal data must not be shared with Romnest outside the system designed to handle it.

  • Direct feedback from the workflow agreed for the pilot
  • Prompt reporting of blockers affecting reservation work
  • Written consent for the specific aggregate measures collected
  • Approval before the hotel's name, quote, or case study is published

How does a hotel join?

Send the hotel name, room count, current booking channels, and the outcome you want to test. Romnest confirms fit and scope before activation. Creating a Free account does not automatically enroll a hotel in the pilot.

  • 1. Contact Romnest with a short property profile
  • 2. Agree the workflow, measures, and data permissions
  • 3. Configure the system and complete a test booking
  • 4. Launch and review progress through day 90
  • 5. Choose the published Free plan or a published paid plan when the pilot ends

Important limitations

  • The pilot is limited to five hotels and participation is confirmed before setup begins
  • Free Pro access lasts 90 days and does not change the published prices or plan entitlements
  • Romnest does not guarantee a booking volume, revenue result, or search ranking
  • The hotel's name, results, quotes, or case study require hotel approval before publication

Frequently asked questions

How is the pilot different from the Free plan?

The Free plan is generally available with its published entitlements. The Founding Hotel Pilot is limited to five hotels that receive Pro free for 90 days and provide feedback under an agreed plan.

Must the hotel pay after 90 days?

When the pilot ends, the hotel chooses whether to continue on the published Free plan or select a published paid plan.

Will Romnest publish the hotel's results?

Only if the hotel agrees the scope and approves the final copy. Information not approved for publication remains internal and is not publicly identified.

Is every applicant accepted automatically?

No. Romnest confirms the room count, data readiness, and workflow the hotel wants to test before accepting the property.
